One Red Paperclip

Most of you have probably already heard about this guy, but as I am a secluded person, I came across his website while listening to the radio on the way to work. One Red Paperclip is about a Canadian (I know but it's ok he's cool)who wants to own a house but he doesn't have any money, but he does have a paperclip, a game of "Bigger and better", and a dream!

Ok suspense over this guy had a crazy cool idea and is running with it. I hope he gets a house out of a paperclip. It makes me feel good that someone with a good idea or imagination can do so much in this world.

*Warning* Waking up with the King

So, I know everyone has seen these commercials, like them, and think they are funny. I however do not. Yes I am a man. Yes I can be a girly man. The *king* haunts my dreams. This picture in particular from their most recent commercial is terrifying.

Not only do I not want to wake up with the king, but if I saw something like that lying next to me in bed, peeking around a corner, or in my favorite strip booth I would either be running and screaming or grabbing the nearest object to beat him with.

Burger King deffinately has some crazy ideas when it comes to advertising check this out subservient chicken.

How can one be so upset by a commercial? Everyone has a time when a commercial hits that certain emotion that triggers an outburst. My wife for example will be brought to tears watching pretty much anything containing a visual of a baby crying, or an animal getting hurt. Me, I change my pants whenever I see the *king* or the lady on the local evening news with a misshapen mouth. (That just isn't natural!) I know I am a pansy, I know I'm weird but my wife loves me most of the time.

Due To Popular Demand

Ok not really due to "popular" demand... Just the demands of my wife. I like to post, it's fun, it's my blog...But I don't always have time to think of something to post. Rosie disagrees, I should just post about anything, like how I forgot to put boxers on before going to work today (wasn't very nice), or how even though Mitsu (girl cat) isn't in heat anymore but is still all about having sex with Harley (boy cat) EVERYWHERE and at all times of the day. Man I remember those days. I guess that is ok to post about, because anything that I think of that would be fun or interesting takes thought and/or preperation to put together in a coherent way, which as of late I do not have much, if any, time to do.

So I have 2 choices. Either I write down everything I think might be fun or interesting to post about, and surf the web for interesting news or what not. Or I find the humerous things in my own life (few and farbetween) and share them with the world.

I don't know what it is that I am going to decide though... As you can tell from the "catch phrase" of my blog if I involve myself in deep thoughts when I'm trying to be creative, it just makes things worse.

Oh well, all anyone can expect is the unexpected
